Debbie had been previously for past life regression therapy a couple of years ago. She was now at a different stage in her life and so decided another session might help her with some of the things that were happening in the present time. At the interview we discussed as always any medical problems, fears and phobias and any compulsive habits. Some or all of them sometimes relate to a past life.
Debbie as before was a great subject, and went straight into a relaxed state ready to embrace her past lives once again and describe them in great detail.
Debbie’s first past life experience took her into a life where she as a boy aged 6. She didn’t note the year this time but was happy and lived on a farm with her mother and father and little sister Abigail. She described the hole in the wall where mum cooks the bread and also he has great admiration for his father who runs the farm. She describes the countryside and the feeling of happiness and contentment.
I move Debbie on in this life and her subconscious mind takes her to aged 52. She is still on the farm, her father has died, her mum is still there but not very well and she is running the farm. She feels a great sadness about the loss of her father.
She recognises her father in this life as her now husband in her present life, her mother in this life as her auntie in her present life and her sister in this life as her nephew in her present life.
Her second past life experience takes her to 1781 where she is a young woman aged 23 named Mary. She works in a kitchen and looks after the two children in a grand household. She has been there a long time, enjoys the work and loves the cook in the house who she instantly recognises as her mum in her current life.
She moves on now to the age of 47 and still lives in the house, has no children of her own and looks after the house for the master who is away a lot and a busy man. She recognises one of the children as her brother in law in her current life.
At this point I am aware from our initial discussions that Debbie is concerned about her mothers health in her present life and also has fears about conceiving children. I decide that it might be helpful to take Debbie into the possible future of her present life…….
Her subconscious mind takes her to the year 2014. She describes to me that she is at her mum’s door and as she walks in she feels tired and realises that she is pregnant. As she walks in she notices that the decoration has changed and she sees two children running around a girl and a boy. They are the same age and the penny drops that these two are twins and that they are hers. She sees her husband, her auntie and uncle and then her mum comes out from the kitchen. She feels very emotional and happy, happy that everything is fine and that it all feels good.
