Whist up in Aberdeen on her April 2011 visit Gail has been amazing, she won’t blow her own trumpet so here goes;

Having had my appointment with Gail today I have to say I am amazed by how FANTASTIC she is!!!! I had heard good things but nothing could have prepared me for how accurate she was. I think I am in shock, I feel quite strange :) – You’re truly amazing, I don’t have the words to tell you how much it meant to me to know my Dad is OK. xx
All I can add is my friends are all walking on cloud 9….and it is crowded up here hahahaha :)”
